Terms of Use
Ouro is an iPhone app that helps you keep track of the homes you own. By using it, you agree to these terms.
The app
Ouro is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your purchase, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. Ouro runs entirely on your device and your iCloud; there is no online account with us.
Not financial or tax advice
Ouro is a tool for organising your own records. The numbers, yields, and reports it produces — including the yearly income-and-expense report — are calculated from what you enter and are provided for your convenience. They are not tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying figures and for meeting your own tax and reporting obligations. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device and iCloud account secure — that is where your data lives.
- Keep your own backups; export to PDF or CSV whenever you need a copy.
- Use the app lawfully and only for records you are entitled to keep.
Provided “as is”
Ouro is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including lost data or reliance on its calculations. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
